Mitja Čander: AN ENVELOPED MOVE

On Wednesday 18th March at 8 pm MMC Kibla and Študentska založba publishing organized the presentation of the third book of essays by Mitja Čander, An Enveloped Move (Kuvertirana poteza), which has been published by LUD Literatura within the imprint Novi pristopi. The discussion with the author was hosted by Petra Bauman.

While making the final review of the book, the thought about the necessary introduction kept occurring spontaneously. I have to explain the particularity of the book with regard to my first two books: research of essay language in several directions, from literary essay writing, engaged writing, to autobiographical prose. I should condense my obsessions showing in all these diverse narrative visions. Talk about the fundamental insecurity. About major and minor scale. But now, at the end, such an introduction seems redundant. Anyway, I repeat myself too much, I simply cannot do otherwise. (Mitja Čander: At the beginning)
