Svetlana Makarovič guest on the April multimedia party for children

April multimedia and tea party for children and grown ups at 7pm.

On Saturday the 14th of April 2007 between 4.30 pm and 7pm children and grown ups were kindly invited to Kibla to attend the April multimedia party for children.

At 5pm Svetlana Makarovič presented her picture book Korenčkov palček.

The story is about a carrot dwarf who had a fight with his friend, the grey mouse Sapramiška and courageously decided to see the world on his own. He met sunflowers, snake called Jarmila, dwarf Praprotnik and a whole lot of other creatures, but in the evening he still missed his mouse. How the story ends, Svetlana told you with the help of beautiful illustrations by Vera Kovačević.

After the story, Violeta and the children created small dwarfs and mice out of various colourful materials. The children could of course take home their creations.

Delicious cakes and fruit drinks were available for all the hungry tummies.
