Literary evenings held this December at the MMC Kibla are part of the project Other words and offer an interesting selection of mostly middle-generation Slovenian authors.
On Monday, 11 December 2017, at 7 p. m., we are talking with poet Kaja Teržan. The hostess of literary evenings for the Other Words project is Tonja Jelen.
Kindly welcome! The event is admission free.
Kaja Teržan (1986) is a dancer, performer, choreographer and poet. Her debut poetry collection Delta was published in 2015 by the Center for Slovenian Literature, and later nominated for the Veronika Award. In the same year her performance Delta, covering the bulk of the eponymous collection, guaranteed her a place at the international Mediterranea Young Artists Bienniale in Milan, Italy. In 2016 she was joined by pianist Manca Udovič, with whom she performs occasionally at different art venues. At the 2016 poetry tournament organized by the Pivec publishing house she received an audience award for her poem Ruj.
