RURITAGE Photo Contest ExhibitionRURITAGE Photo Contest Exhibition 4 June–31 August 2021 Negova Castle
After the Photo Contest, organized within the scope of RURITAGE – a European research project that seeks to transform rural areas into laboratories of sustainable development, building on the enhancement of their exceptional cultural and natural heritage potential, was finished, KIBLA proposed an exhibition of selected works.

Individuals and organizations joined it and submitted photos of the rural areas, landscapes, cultural and natural heritage, people, handcrafts, local food etc. revealed the uniqueness and specialness of the rural territories, lives and sights. All participants followed six RURITAGE Systemic Innovation Areas: Pilgrimage, Resilience, Sustainable Local Food Production, Integrated Landscape Management, Migration, and Art and Festivals.
Nineteen rural areas, including Gornja Radgona, and another seventeen rural areas became a part of the project later, to send their works, which were overseen by the whole consortium and best works were selected and their blow-ups were done and installed in the Negova Castle by KIBLA and KULTPROTUR with an exhibition opening on 4 June 2021 and closing on 31 August 2021.
